We are the speakers
About our website
We are Kifuliiru speakers. kifuliiru.com is where we share what has been contributed and the tools we use for our language. Preservation and adding new material happen on Tabula Kifuliiru — here we keep it simple and useful.
What we do here
- ·Share what we have contributed — Dictionary entries, lessons, stories, and culture that speakers and community members have added.
- ·Tools for our language — Look up words, study grammar, explore Ibufuliiru — built for us and for anyone learning Kifuliiru.
- ·Tabula for preservation — Long-term documentation and community contributions live on Tabula Kifuliiru, not here.
Our brand

More than a website — a symbol of Ibufuliiru. The logo is a circle of mountains for homeland, Bafuliiru identity, and cultural heritage. It belongs to the people across language, land, and community — not to one platform alone.
- ·The circle — wholeness, belonging, and a homeland held together
- ·The peaks — the land of Ibufuliiru: villages, forests, rivers, and sacred places
- ·The contour lines — layers of history, memory, and knowledge across generations
- ·The open sky — Kifuliiru as voice: speech, song, proverbs, and stories (not drawn as letters in the mark)
- ·For Ibufuliiru (homeland), Abafuliiru (people), and Kifuliiru (language) — on books, radio, apps, and wherever Abafuliiru gather
Primary logo for headers and presentations; icon mark for favicons and apps.
Part of Kifuliiru Lab
This site is one of several Lab projects. Tabula Kifuliiru handles preservation and contributions; kifuliiru.com is our public home for published content and everyday tools.
