Learn to form numbers in the hundreds using the formula

Theory

Hundreds in Kifuliiru use "igana" (one hundred) or "magana ga-" (hundred-) followed by the multiplier for 200+.

Formula:

igana OR magana ga[number] (+ na + makumi... + na...) = 100-999

Key Rules:

  • Use "igana" alone for 100
  • Use "magana ga-" prefix with number word for 200, 300, etc.
  • Combine with tens and units using "na" (and)
  • Example: 256 = magana gabiri na makumi gatanu na ndatu
